Es una arma filosa, la vanidad. Pero ahora, lo políticamente correcto es esconder la vanidad, omitirla bajo un falso escudo. Decir que no se es vanidoso, cuando se es, y mucho.

La vanidad: el resorte de una aspiración a la fama. El que dice que no le importa que lo lean, que no escriba en público.
